Abstract

Footwear includes a sole, an upper, and a buffer material 30. The upper is provided above the sole and surrounds a foot insertion part. The buffer material 30 is accommodated within the foot insertion part. The buffer material 30 is constituted by at least two members of a first member 40 located on the upper side and a second member 50 located on the lower side that are superimposed. The first member 40 includes a projection portion 42 that projects in the direction of the sole at a position corresponding to a heel portion, and the first member 40 covers the entirety of the second member 50 in plan view. The second member 50 has an opening 52 configured to accommodate a heel portion.
