Abstract

The present invention provides a medical device employing multi-layered mechanical vibration stimulation to modulate symptoms effectively in both short-term and long-term applications. Additionally, the medical device integrates advanced monitoring functionalities for companion diagnostics, symptom assessment, and disease classification. This invention relates to a non-invasive, hand-held, multi-layered mechanical vibration stimulator for a neurological and neuropsychiatric disorder post-session onset symptom modulation in short-term (minutes and hours) and long-term aggregated treatment (months and years). Additionally, the invention incorporates a novel monitoring functionality, enabling companion diagnostics, disease classification, and symptom assessment through the device's unique composition. The present invention is focusing on the development of disease-modifying treatments, especially for neurodegenerative diseases, and personalized approaches to therapy. Biomarkers for early diagnosis and tracking treatment response are becoming increasingly important. Advances in neuroimaging, genetic testing, and Al-driven diagnostic tools are helping refine treatment protocols and improve patient outcomes.
