Abstract
The present invention relates to immunoconjugates comprising an ActRII receptor antibody and an agonistic GLP-1 peptide. The molecules described herein were engineered to achieve the best possible therapeutic effect. Such constructs are useful in the treatment of numerous diseases and disorders, including metabolic disorders, such as obesity, diabetes and others.
