Abstract
The invention relates to a method of covalently attaching cationic polymers, including poly(beta-amino esters), to magnetic nanoparticles. The invention further relates to magnetic nanoparticles comprising cationic polymers covalently attached thereto, polyplexes comprising the magnetic nanoparticles, as well as use of these nanoparticles and polyplexes in delivering nucleic acids to a target tissue.
