Abstract
The invention relates to a water-free phase of a (glycyl-L-histidinato)copper(II) compound. The water-free phase of the (glycyl-L-histidinato)copper(II) compound has the following symmetry and crystal structure: tetragonal, space group P4<sub>3</sub>2<sub>1</sub>2, a=b=11.0012(2) Å, c=18.8529(7) Å, α=β=γ=90° and V=2281.72(13) Å<sup>3</sup>. The temperature of the crystal structure determination was 283.15 K.
