Abstract
The present invention relates to a pouch case manufacturing device and a pouch case manufacturing method, and more specifically, relates to a pouch case manufacturing device and a pouch case manufacturing method, capable of alleviating an edge curling phenomenon of a pouch case caused by cup forming for insertion of an electrode assembly.According to one example of the present invention, a pouch case manufacturing method may be provided, which comprises: a cup forming step in which the cup is formed on a base material whose moving has stopped through a cup forming part installed on a moving route of the base material; an edge forming step in which both side edges of the base material in which the cup is formed are formed to be inclined upward relative to the lateral of the cup through an edge forming part installed at the rear end of the cup forming part; and a cutting step in which the base material having the cup and both side edges as inclined upward is cut to become the pouch case through a cutting part installed at the rear end of the edge forming part.
