Abstract
A control unit adjusts a booklet making condition in accordance with at least one of a wear state of an image forming unit and an environmental condition in an environment in which the image forming unit is installed. The booklet making condition includes at least one of an image forming condition for an adhesive layer, used in the image forming unit, and a thermal compression adhering condition for the adhesive layer, used in a thermal compression adhering unit.
