Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for stabilizing (storing and pre-treating) an FP-CIT linear precursor with a high purity, and a method for preparing [<18>F]FP-CIT by using same. If an organic solvent having characteristics according to the present invention is used for storing an FP-CIT linear precursor, conversion of the FP-CIT linear precursor into a cyclic salt form or decomposition of the FP-CIT linear precursor into various compounds is suppressed to enable high purity of the FP-CIT linear precursor to be maintained, and [<18>F]FP-CIT, which is a radiopharmaceutical, can be prepared in high yield by using a conventional [<18>F]FP-CIT labeling condition as is, and thus the present invention can be effectively used as a starting material of [<18>F]FP-CIT.
