Abstract

To provide a resin glass having an excellent surface abrasion resistance. The present invention also provides a method and an apparatus for producing the resin glass. A resin glass includes: a substrate having visible light transmissivity; and a hard coat layer containing a silicone polymer and formed over the substrate, in which the hard coat layer has a modified region on an outer surface of the hard coat layer, the modified region containing an inorganic glass component with a proportion higher than a proportion on a surface of the hard coat layer on the side facing the substrate, and the proportion of the inorganic glass component of the modified region is 40% to 50%.
