Abstract
The curable battery adhesive of the present invention comprises a first agent comprising an organic polymer having a hydrolyzable silyl group and a thermally conductive filler, and provided in a first container, and a second agent comprising a silanol condensation catalyst and a thermally conductive filler, and provided in a second container, wherein a cured product obtained by curing in an environment having 25°C and 50% RH for 2 weeks a curable battery adhesive composition obtained by mixing the first agent and the second agent has a shear adhesive strength of 0.5 to 2.5 MPa in a tensile shear test, the cured product when having a thickness of 2 mm has an elongation under maximum stress of 0.3 mm or more, and the cured product has a thermal conductivity of 1.5 W/m·K or more. The present invention can provide a curable battery adhesive, a cured product of which has suitable adhesion, a high thermal conductivity, and excellent conformability to the expansion and contraction of battery cells.
