Abstract
The present invention has as its object the provision of a steel sheet containing Ni, Cu, and Sn and having excellent chemical convertibility even in the case where a certain time elapses after degreasing and of a part containing the same.A steel sheet and a part containing thereof according to the present invention are characterized, in which a chemical composition of the steel sheet contains, by mass%, Mn: 1.20 to 3.00%, Ni: 0.010 to 1.000%, Cu: 0.010 to 1.000%, Sn: 0.003 to 1.000% and Si: 0.01 to less than 0.75% and satisfies Mn/(Si+Mn)>0.80, and a number N<sub>30</sub> per 10 µm of Mn oxides exposed at the surface of the steel sheet with a circle equivalent diameter of 30 nm or more satisfies N<sub>30</sub>≥20.
