Abstract
An adhesive surface-coated electrical steel sheet of the present invention includes: an electrical steel sheet; and an adhesive coating that is provided on at least a part of one surface or both surfaces of the electrical steel sheet, the adhesive coating including a crosslinkable thermoplastic resin A and a thermoplastic resin B other than the crosslinkable thermoplastic resin A, in which the adhesive coating has a hardness of 200 to 260 MPa, and after heating the adhesive coating at 200°C for 5 minutes, the hardness of the adhesive coating is 200 to 300 MPa.
