Abstract
This adhesive surface-coated electrical steel sheet includes an electrical steel sheet; and an adhesive coating provided on at least a part of one surface or both surfaces of the electrical steel sheet, wherein the adhesive coating contains: a crosslinkable thermoplastic resin A and a thermoplastic resin B other than the crosslinkable thermoplastic resin A, and has a glass transition temperature of 45 to 80°C and a melt flow rate of 1 to 25 g/10 min at 100°C.
