Abstract

Domestic cooking oven, in particular without an electronic control device and/or without a microprocessor for controlling operation of the oven, comprising: - at least one oven cavity; - at least one first resistive heating element (HE1) and at least one second resistive heating element (HE2) for heating up the oven cavity, wherein the first resistive heating element (HE1) and the second resistive heating element (HE2) are interconnected in series; - at least one first fan (F1); - at least one second fan (F2) for cooling down the oven cavity; wherein the second resistive heating element (HE2), the first fan (F1) and the second fan (F2) are configured to be connectable or connected in parallel to each other such that the first and second resistive heating elements (HE1, HE2) form a voltage divider for a parallel circuit consisting of the first fan (F1) and the second fan (F2).
