Abstract

It is made possible to simplify a structure in which a plurality of sensor elements are formed into a same sheet shape. An electrostatic capacitance sensor (1) including a first sensor (11) and a second sensor (12), in which the first sensor (11) and the second sensor (12) each have at least a ground layer (51), a dielectric layer (20, 40), and a voltage application layer (22, 42) stacked. The first sensor (11) and the second sensor (12) overlap each other in a partial region in a surface direction, and share the ground layer (51) in common.
