Abstract

An optical waveguide plate (100), a frame, and smart glasses, which relate to the technical field of smart glasses. The optical waveguide plate (100) includes a waveguide substrate (10), a coupled-in region (20), and a coupled-out region (30); where the coupled-in region (20) and the coupled-out region (30) are disposed on the waveguide substrate (10), the coupled-in region (20) is configured to couple light into the waveguide substrate (10), and the coupled-out region (30) is configured to couple out the light propagating within the waveguide substrate (10); and a bottom edge of the coupled-out region (30) is located above a horizontal bisector of the optical waveguide plate (100), or the bottom edge of the coupled-out region (30) is entirely or partially flush with the horizontal bisector of the optical waveguide plate (100). The problem that smart glasses are unsuitable for extended use by a user due to the occurrence of rainbow patterns on the smart glasses is solved.
