Abstract

There are provided a design assistance apparatus, a design assistance method and a design assistance program, which are capable of designing, based on evaluation by a user, a product having a property that satisfies the user. A design assistance apparatus (1) is an apparatus for designing a product suited to a preference of a user. The design assistance apparatus (1) includes: a storage unit that stores in advance a first criterion that allows selection from a plurality of levels of a property of the product; an input unit that receives an evaluation value obtained based on evaluation by the user after the user uses the product manufactured in accordance with a level selected by the user from the first criterion; processing circuitry that determines, based on the evaluation value and the first criterion, a second criterion for the property of the product that matches the evaluation by the user; and an output unit that outputs the second criterion determined by the processing circuitry.
