Abstract

The present disclosure is directed to an information processing apparatus (310, 320) comprising: interaction means (311, 321) for providing an interaction using generative Al to a user of an apparatus providing a service; determination means (311, 321) for inputting at least one item of information among an interaction history of interactions with the user, user information, and product information to the generative AI and cause the generative Al to determine whether a current time is an appropriate time to propose an order of a product; and proposing means (311, 321) for responding to the interaction and propose the order of the product in a case where the generative AI determines that the current time is an appropriate time to propose the order of the product.
