The present disclosure relates to a battery cell gripper gripping a cylindrical battery cell and a jig device including the same, and the battery cell gripper according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a holder clamping a side surface of the cylindrical battery cell and a first direction transfer unit moving the holder in a first direction to connect bottom surfaces of both sides of the cylindrical battery cell (Representative figure: 2)
