Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a battery assembly, wherein the battery assembly according to one aspect may include: a plurality of battery cells; and a plurality of barriers, wherein the plurality of battery cells and the plurality of barriers may be stacked in a first direction to form a stack, wherein the plurality of barriers may include one or more first barriers and one or more second barriers, wherein a thickness of the first barrier may be from 25% to 200% of a thickness of the battery cells, and a thickness of the second barrier may be 10% or less of the thickness of the first barrier.
