Abstract

A separator for a non-aqueous secondary battery includes: a porous substrate; a heat-resistant layer disposed on one surface or both surfaces of the porous substrate and containing inorganic particles and a binder resin; and an adhesive layer disposed on one surface or both surfaces of a laminate including the porous substrate and the heat-resistant layer and containing acrylic resin particles, in which the inorganic particles have a mass proportion of 95 mass% or more in the heat-resistant layer, the inorganic particles contained in the heat-resistant layer have an average primary particle diameter of 0.01 µm to 0.30 µm, the binder resin includes at least one selected from the group consisting of a butadiene-based polymer and an acrylic resin, and the adhesive layer has a mass per unit area of 0.2 g/m² to 0.5 g/m² in total of both surfaces.
