Abstract
A rotary electric machine rotor (R) includes a rotor core (Rc) including a stack of a plurality of core sheets (1) each having a shaft hole (2) at a center; a shaft (6) inserted through the shaft holes (2); and an adapter (10) disposed between the shaft (6) and the rotor core (Rc) and engaged with both the shaft (6) and the rotor core (Rc). In the rotor (R), the plurality of core sheets (1) stacked have, on an inner peripheral surface of the core sheets (1), an engagement portion (C) extending from one end side to the other end side in an axial direction of the shaft (6); the adapter (10) has, on an outer peripheral surface of the adapter (10), a guide portion (11) extending from one end side to the other end side in the axial direction of the shaft (6); one of the engagement portion (C) and the guide portion (11) is an engagement recessed portion (11a) recessed along a radial direction of the shaft (6), and the other is an engagement protruding portion (3) protruding along the radial direction of the shaft (6) and engaged with the engagement recessed portion (11a); the engagement recessed portion (11a) and the engagement protruding portion (3) have a shape twisted at a predetermined twist angle (θ) along a circumferential direction of the shaft (6), and the adapter (10) is engaged with the shaft (6) detachably from the shaft (6) along the axial direction of the shaft (6).
