Abstract

Provided is a method for manufacturing a stator, capable of easily forming a power line by bending a projected portion. The method for manufacturing a stator to bend a projected portion 9 of a segment coil 7 held by a stator core 3, displaces a tip end portion 10a of a projected portion 9 outward in a radial direction of the stator core 3 to bend the projected portion 9 so as to be positioned at a first position, and displaces the tip end portion 10a of the bent projected portion 9 inward in the radial direction to bend back bent portions 12a and 12b of the projected portion 9 so as to be positioned at a second position displaced to an outer side in the radial direction with respect to an initial position before the bending.
