Abstract

A terminal includes: a reception unit configured to perform LBT (Listen before talk) in an unlicensed band; a control unit configured to determine first control information and second control information scheduled by the first control information; and a transmission unit configured to transmit the first control information and the second control information at least to another terminal in a case where the LBT is successful. The control unit determines a format of the second control information in which information related to sharing of COT (Channel occupancy time) that is obtained in a case where the LBT is successful is included.
