Abstract

Proposed is a method of controlling a biosensor system. The method includes a shaft alignment step of aligning an actuator shaft of a valve actuator, which rotates a valve unit provided in the biosensor cartridge, and an actuator shaft of a pump actuator, which rotates a pump unit, to initial positions, a loading step of moving down the valve actuator and the pump actuator when the biosensor cartridge is inserted, and a diagnosing step of sensing the bio-substance by rotating the valve unit and the pump unit. Accordingly, there is an advantage that it is possible to automatically diagnose a bio-substance through a simple process of inserting the biosensor cartridge into the diagnostic device.
