Abstract
A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet includes an insulation coating which is free of a chromium compound and contains a phosphate, and when the insulation coating is measured by a nuclear magnetic resonance and when an obtained <31>P-NMR spectrum is subjected to a Gaussian fitting in a range from 16 to -90 ppm, a ratio of a peak area of a Q<1> structure to a total peak area is more than 3% and 18% or less and the ratio of the Q<1> structure is smaller than a ratio of a peak area of a Q<3> structure.
