Abstract
A submerged electric pump device for construction machines is installed in a construction machine and includes: an electric pump unit including a hydraulic pump that discharges working fluid upon rotation of a drive shaft, and an electric motor that rotatably drives the drive shaft; and a tank that extends in a first direction and stores the working fluid discharged from the hydraulic pump. The electric pump unit is mounted to the tank such that the hydraulic pump and the electric motor are arranged in the first direction and the hydraulic pump is immersed in the working fluid within the tank.
