Abstract

A liquefied hydrogen transfer system includes: a first facility including a first tank storing liquefied hydrogen; a second facility including a second tank storing liquefied hydrogen; and an intermediate transfer facility disposed between the first facility and the second facility. The intermediate transfer facility includes: a transfer line that transfers liquefied hydrogen between the first tank and the second tank; a purge line that supplies purge gas to the transfer line; a vent line that exhausts gas containing the purge gas from the transfer line; a branched line that branches from the vent line and merges with the vent line at a downstream position in an exhaust direction from a position of the branch; and a thermometer that is disposed in the branched line and measures a temperature of gas flowing through the branched line.
