Abstract

To provide a heat exchanger capable of enhancing the flexibility of arrangement of a communication path that communicates with a flat tube. The liquid header (60) includes a first channel (A), a second channel (B), and a third channel (C) that are connected to each other at a branch portion (65c), the second channel (B) is located on a front side with respect to the branch portion (65c) in a front-rear direction and includes a second main channel (B2) extending along the up-down direction, a second connection channel (B 1) that connects an end portion of the second main channel (B2) and the branch portion (65c), and a plurality of second liquid flow division openings (64b) that connects the second main channel (B2) and the plurality of flat tubes (28), and the third channel (C) is located on a rear side with respect to the branch portion (65c) in the front-rear direction, and includes a third main channel (C2) extending along the up-down direction, a third connection channel (C1) that connects an end portion of the third main channel (C2) and the branch portion (65c), and a plurality of third liquid flow division openings (64c) that connects the third main channel (C2) and the plurality of flat tubes (28).
