Abstract

An X-ray inspection apparatus includes a judgment unit, an inspection condition changing unit, and a touch screen 30. The judgment unit generates X-ray images, applies predetermined inspection conditions to the X-ray images, and judges whether each part of goods is normal or defective. The touch screen 30 displays, as judgment results of the judgment unit, parts judged to be defective in the goods in a different way from parts judged to be normal in the goods. The touch screen 30 allows a user looking at the judgment results to designate the parts judged to be defective in the goods. When the user designates the parts judged to be defective in the goods via the touch screen 30, the inspection condition changing unit changes the inspection conditions so that the "defective" judgment on the designated parts judged to be defective in the goods changes to a "normal" judgment.
