Abstract

The invention is directed to a method for obtaining an image of a sample wherein at least one light source provides a plurality of light beams interacting with the sample under a plurality of interaction angles generating a plurality of interaction light beams and detecting the interaction information of the interaction light beams as raw imagecharacterized in thata plurality of raw images is obtained by moving the light source and/or the sample relative to each other such that the light beams interact with the sample under different interaction and wherein the raw images are converted into final images by combining the interaction information of the interaction light beams from each raw image having the same interaction angle into final images.
