Abstract

Embodiments of the disclosure provide a grounding plate (100) for a socket (1000) and a socket (1000). The grounding plate (100) includes a base part (10), a first slitting part (11), and a second slitting part (21). The first slitting part (11) and the second slitting part (21) are located at the middle position of the base part (10) and formed by slitting the base part (10). The first slitting part (11) and the second slitting part (21) are opposite to each other and elastically extend to the same side of the base part (10), so as to form a clamping space between the first slitting part (11) and the second slitting part (21).
