Abstract
A network node includes: a receiver configured to receive, from a specific network node, a new timer value of a timer used for slice usage control; and a controller configured, when the timer value is neither "0" nor "deactivated", to stop the timer if the timer is running, and to start the timer with the new timer value or with a timer value locally set.
