Abstract

There is provided an apparatus, method, and computer program for causing an apparatus to perform: deriving a threshold configuration, wherein the threshold configuration comprises at least one respective threshold for at least one of at least one first frequency or at least one second frequency, wherein the at least one second frequency is different to the at least one first frequency; receiving first signalling on the at least one first frequency wherein the first signalling indicates whether a random access procedure is to be performed on the at least one second frequency; determining the at least one second frequency; determining, based on the first signalling and the threshold configuration, whether to perform a random access procedure on the at least one second frequency; and performing the random access procedure in accordance with said determining.
