Abstract

The present invention relates to an apparatus (LD) for fabricating a cover window (CW), a method for fabricating a cover window (CW), and an electronic device (1) including the cover window (CW) are provided. The apparatus (LD) includes: a laser module (LDM); and a laser scan driver (LDR) configured to drive the laser module (LDM), wherein the laser module (LDM) includes, a light source (LR) configured to output a first laser beam (BM), a diffractive element (DE) configured to diffract the first laser beam (BM) and convert it into a second laser beam including a plurality of spot beams (SPB) arranged along a virtual first curve (VLS), and an objective lens (OLNS) configured to focus the second laser beam onto a focal region (FF), and wherein the spot beams (SPB) are extended in different directions.
