Abstract

[Solution] Provided is an apparatus comprising a processor, wherein the processor executes: a generation process for generating an execution plan by allowing at least one task not to be executed, as an execution plan for performing a plurality of tasks by a plurality of robots; and a decision process for deciding a first execution plan in which a value of an objective function satisfies a reference condition among generated execution plans by using an objective function that imposes a penalty when the execution plan includes a task not to be executed, and wherein the penalty imposed on the objective function is a value corresponding to a parameter of the task not to be executed among parameters which are set for respective tasks.
