Abstract
An apparatus comprising a set of teeth located on a strap and a head (120, 220) located on a head (120, 220) portion of the strap. The head (120, 220) includes a pawl (122, 222) having at least one tip configured to fasten the strap to the head (120, 220) portion of the strap when engaged with the set of teeth on the strap and a protrusion (526) that is movably coupled to the head (120, 220) and that extends beyond a bottom surface (221) of the head (120, 220).
