Abstract
Disclosed in the present invention are a carboxylic acid compound and a use thereof. The present invention provides a compound as shown in formula (I), and an isotopic label thereof, a solvate thereof, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a solvate of the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a prodrug thereof. The compound can enhance the ability of p53 Y220C to bind to DNA and has good inhibitory activity on cancer cell proliferation.
