Abstract

Provided is a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet that can sufficiently control the building factor when used as an iron core material for a transformer. The grain-oriented electrical steel sheet includes a base steel sheet containing at least Ga: 0.0001 % to 0.0050 %, and a base film. Ti content of the grain-oriented electrical steel sheet is 0.0050 % to 0.0210 %, and a ratio R17 of Wh<17> to W<17/50> and a ratio R19 of Wh<19> to W<19/50> satisfy R17 ≤ R19 ≤ 0.70.
