Abstract

Provided is a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet having magnetic properties that can sufficiently control the building factor. The grain-oriented electrical steel sheet includes a base film and an insulating coating in this order on the surface of a base steel sheet containing at least La: 0.0001 % to 0.0200 %, wherein Ti content in the steel sheet is 0.0050 % to 0.1500 %, and a ratio R17 of Wh<17> to W<17/50> and a ratio R18 of Wh<18> to W<18/50> satisfy R18/R17 ≤ 1.50.
