Abstract

A braking assembly (10; 10'; 10") for a work vehicle (1; 1'; 1") comprising a first brake disc (9; 8), which is adapted to rotate integrally with at least one wheel of the work vehicle (1; 1'; 1'') about a rotational axis (A), a first brake piston (53; 53') and a second brake piston (54; 54'), which are both adapted to independently and at least indirectly cooperate with the first brake disc (9; 8) and elastic means (55), which are adapted to elastically urge the second brake piston (54; 54') to cooperate with the first brake disc (9; 8). The elastic means (55) is arranged radially internally relative to the second brake piston (54; 54') with respect to the rotational axis (A).
