Abstract
A thin-film temperature sensor arrangement comprising a metal substrate, a thin-film adhesion and electrical insulation layer on the metal substrate, and a thin-film temperature sensor on the thin-film adhesion and insulation layer, wherein the thin-film adhesion and insulation layer comprises an inorganic oxide, an inorganic nitride or an inorganic oxynitride.
