Abstract
The invention relates to a device comprising a probe (1), two AC signal sources, and a receiver, wherein the probe (1) is a coaxial probe with two conductors that are separated by a dielectric layer, wherein the first AC signal source provides a first signal in the range of GHz between the two conductors of the probe (1) and the receiver receives a reflected signal of said first signal that is reflected back at the probe (1), and wherein the second AC signal source provides a second signal in the range of kHz to MHz between the two conductors.
