Abstract

A unit (100) includes a first component (1) and a second component (2). One of the first component (1) and the second component (2) is movable with respect to the other. A first surface (101) of the first component (1) includes a first region (111), a second region (121), a third region (131), and a fourth region (141). The second region (121) is provided between the first region (111) and the third region (131), and the fourth region (141) is provided between the first region (111) and the second region (121). An arithmetic mean roughness (Ra3) of the third region (131) is smaller than an arithmetic mean roughness (Ra2) of the second region (121). An arithmetic mean roughness (Ra4) of the fourth region (141) is smaller than the arithmetic mean roughness (Ra2) and larger than an arithmetic mean roughness (Ra1) of the first region (111).
