Abstract
An encoding device (1570) includes circuitry (1571) and memory (1572) coupled to the circuitry (1571). In operation, the circuitry (1571): obtains a plurality of networks included in a three-dimensional data generative model, the plurality of networks including a first network and a second network; encodes the plurality of networks; and outputs a bitstream including the plurality of networks encoded, by storing, in each of a data unit of the first network and a data unit of the second network, at least one of a density network for outputting density information or a color network for outputting color information, the density network and the color network being networks obtained as a result of learning.
