Abstract
A ceramic insulating board according to the present invention comprises: a ceramic substrate; a first metal layer installed on the upper surface of the ceramic substrate; a second metal layer installed on the lower surface of the ceramic substrate and partially disposed on the lower surface of the ceramic substrate; and a third metal layer installed below the second metal layer, wherein the second metal layer is disposed such that a portion of the lower surface of the ceramic substrate can be directly exposed to air.
