Abstract

A terminal according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes a receiving section that receives a downlink control channel order including information related to a candidate cell or an additional cell, and a control section that controls, based on the information, a physical random access channel transmission (PDCCH ordered RACH) triggered by the downlink control channel order. The control section determines, based on the information, a cell for L1/L2 inter-cell mobility (LTM) or a cell using two timing advances (for 2TA).
