Abstract

A method for processing an arrangement (1) comprising a substrate (2) having mounted thereon one or more functional elements (3a, 3b, 3c) is provided herein. The method comprises: arranging (S1) a screen (4) comprising a screen mesh (41) provided with a mask (42) fixed to the screen mesh and that defines a pattern of openings (43) through the screen, the mask (42) including mask pattern elements (44,45) that extend with a mutually different distance towards the arrangement (1); supplying (S2) a solidifiable visco-plastic material (5) from a side (46S) of the screen (4) facing away from the arrangement (1) through the openings (43) in the mask (4); removing (S3) the screen (4); solidification processing (S4) the solidifiable visco-plastic material (5).
