Abstract

The present disclosure relates to an inspection system for printed products that include at least two sets of sheets, each set constituting a repeating unit of sheets, and includes at least a piece of content. The inspection system includes a first setting unit configured to set inspection areas to respective reference images included in a first reference image group of a first set, and a second setting unit configured to set the inspection areas set by the first setting unit to respective reference images included in a second reference image group of a second set, the second reference image group including a layout of contents common to the first reference image group and differing in image-related contents.
