Abstract

Subsea deployment device and process for using same. The device can include a landing structure (110) and a frame (120). The frame can include first (125) and second lateral ends (126), upper (121) and lower ends (122), first (135) and second curved structures (136), and a lift point (131). The first and second curved structures can be disposed on the first longitudinal side of the frame. The lower end of the frame can be fixedly attached to the landing structure. The upper end of the frame can define an opening therethrough. The lift point can have a lifting line connected thereto. When the lifting line is connected to the lift point and in a slack configuration, the lifting line can be located between the first longitudinal side and the second longitudinal side of the frame.
